Hot Air Balloon
Drift silently over the Mara at dawn — the plains, the river, the herds, all laid out beneath you in the first light.
The balloon lifts off before sunrise. As the light breaks over the escarpment, the Mara unfolds below — a patchwork of grassland, forest, and river bends dotted with grazing herds. From up here, the scale of the ecosystem becomes clear in a way no game drive can match.
The flight lasts roughly an hour, ending with a bush breakfast on the savanna. It is one of those experiences that stays with you long after you leave.
